We decided to renovate our entire house before putting it on the market, and we’re so glad we did.  Koura Remodeling guys made the process seamless and stress-free. Their attention to detail and quality of work exceeded our expectations. The renovations truly transformed our home and helped us sell it quickly and for a substantial profit.  New everything: bathroom, kitchen, walls, ceiling, flooring, and even upgraded the electrical service panel. They hired HVAC contractors to get the nee heating and cooling system in the house, but we only dealt with the owner directly. It took a few weeks but when done, it was unbelievable!!

Just to let you know you guys are the best – its a pleasure! They were professional, polite, and the work was exceptional. The owner is always involved and they seem to go above and beyond to get it done. Pricing is firm; even with extra work that needed to get the whole project done, they did not ask for more. The owner explained that he should’ve expected it, and so did not charge us for the extra labor needed.

Monday morning a huge tree fell and destroyed part of the garage roof and . By the end of the week, it was all done. They did not repair the garage door, but they were honest about saying “not our expertise” and recommended others that did the job. I’d rather deal with people that are honest about their abilities than to pretend to know and we all know how that can be.

We like this company so well that we are going to hire them to help us get our side rental townhome ready to sell. We are bringing them aboard next year to build a new deck as well. In other words, we will be repeat customers…

Our basement had a big storage room that was dark and without any operable windows. After the renovation it is a showplace! Koura Remodeling guys, including the owner personally, worked closely with us to give us exactly what we dreamed of.  We now have a new master bedroom in the basement with a new window, new bathroom and a huge closet. All done based on our requests and their in-house design.
